Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are in their original, unworn condition.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse has processed your refund or shipment.
